Meredith Salenger

Salenger has been raised and lived in Malibu. Salenger loved performing in front of her family and close friends in her early years. Aged 8 when her mom enrolled her into her first acting class. Her first role was as the 'orphan with a singing and dancing dance as part of the feature film Annie produced by John Huston. Salenger played a variety of TV ads. Salenger had her first leading role on screen in The Journey of Natty Gann which was a Disney film that featured John Cusack with Ray Wise. It was the first US film to receive the Gold Award at the Moscow Film Festival. The film also garnered her "Best actor in a drama" in the Youth in Film Awards for her performance as the sexy Natty Gann.
